Who counts as an Active Member?

An Active Member has made at least $50 in cumulative deposits.

The entire-network total includes Active Members in Layers 2 and 3. A dash indicates that the tier lists no separate minimum for those layers.

When your network reaches 20 Active Members, including at least 3 in Layers 2 and 3, the reward is $90.
