What changes at Veteran?
The personal commission range in this guide moves from 1.8%–2.2% at Operator to 2.2%–2.8% at Veteran. The minimum rate is about 22.2% higher and the maximum rate is about 27.3% higher, comparing the respective endpoints.

A 15-Day Plan for Up to $244 in Rewards
I would start coaching a friend early and work on new invitations in parallel. Use the days below as a practical checklist, then check the actual conditions before counting a reward.
The $244 belongs to this intermediate stage. It does not include the beginner $100. Fifteen days is a suggested schedule; completion and rewards depend on meeting each activity’s conditions.

- Day 1
Start from your Operator position
This plan starts after Operator, with five qualifying direct referrals already in the roadmap. Read your account’s Veteran requirements before setting a target.
- Day 2
Choose a friend who wants coaching
Speak with someone you directly invited who wants to work toward Operator. Review their current position and ask which steps they need help understanding.
- Day 3
Help your friend understand Operator
The beginner roadmap uses five qualifying direct referrals and a $500 account balance. Your friend needs to meet their own applicable requirements; your rank does not unlock theirs.
- Day 4
Share a process they can follow
Use the beginner guide and how-to guides to explain the operations. Encourage your friend to understand the steps well enough to help a newcomer themselves.
- Day 5
Review progress together
Check your friend’s qualifying referrals, account balance and rank status. Keep helping with any remaining steps. You can work on your own invitations while coaching them.
- Day 6
Check the leadership reward
When your direct referral actually unlocks Operator and you meet the activity conditions, this roadmap includes a $50 Outstanding Leadership Reward. If they are not there yet, continue coaching alongside the rest of your plan.
- Day 7
Invite one more direct friend
This is the sixth qualifying direct referral in the example, not the first of a new team. A qualifying $100 first deposit can earn you an $8 referral reward.
- Day 8
Help that friend use the guides
Point them to the registration, deposit and task instructions. Give them a clear place to ask for help and let them complete their own account steps.
- Day 9
Invite your seventh qualifying friend
Repeat the same simple introduction with another interested person. Their qualifying $100 first deposit can add another $8 referral reward.
- Day 10
Work toward eight qualifying friends
Introduce one more person. The three new qualifying first deposits add $8 × 3 = $24. Together with the eligible $50 leadership reward, the stage total is up to $74.
- Day 11
Verify the eight-friend milestone
Count qualifying direct referrals across the whole journey: the earlier five plus the new three. Check the current rules for the $50 milestone reward shown in this roadmap.
- Day 12
Review the milestone reward record
If the eight-friend milestone qualifies, the additional $50 takes this stage’s total up to $124 when the earlier rewards also qualify. Check the reward record and ask your inviter about the claim process.
- Day 13
Review the remaining Veteran conditions
Eight qualifying direct referrals alone do not automatically unlock Veteran. Check every balance and team requirement shown in your account and see what remains incomplete.
- Day 14
Confirm rank and reward eligibility
Review your Veteran status and the terms of the $120 rank reward. Continue helping your team while any remaining conditions are being completed.
- Day 15
Check the stage total and next steps
If all four intermediate rewards qualify, the total is $50 + $24 + $50 + $120 = $244. Keep the beginner rewards separate and continue any unfinished step at a pace that suits you.

What counts as a qualifying direct referral?
A person you directly invited counts toward the rank milestone once they reach $100 in total deposits. The separate referral first-deposit reward has its own first-deposit requirements.
