Team growth · Part 01 of 10
Why Building a Team Starts With Helping One Person
Why a team begins with one person who understands the basics and can help the next newcomer.
If you are learning about NMB MATCH, it is natural to begin with your own account. You want to understand the tasks, the rules and how the different rewards work. That gives you something concrete to learn before you introduce the platform to anyone else.
The next question is where a team fits into that picture. Your own day has a limit. So does the number of people you know personally. A team can bring more people into the learning process, with each person contributing their own time and relationships.
I would begin by helping one person understand the same basics you are learning. You can answer questions, point them toward the current instructions and help them find support when they need it. That is already a useful team building skill.
When members generate eligible personal commissions through their tasks, that activity can contribute to your team earnings according to your rank and the applicable layer rules. This is the connection between helping a team grow and expanding your opportunities to earn.
Imagine someone you invited becomes comfortable with the platform. Later, they help a person they know learn the same steps. You now have another person who can explain the basics and answer simple questions within their own circle.
That growth can reduce how much repeated explanation falls on you. You still need to keep up with the rules, help people with questions and pay attention to how the team is doing. The work gradually includes more teaching and coordination.
For me, the first useful milestone would be a teammate who understands their own participation and can make informed decisions. From there, you can discuss whether they want to learn how to introduce someone else.
Think of one person who might be interested. Before sending an invitation, write down the three things you would want them to understand first.
